Trainees' Weekend T&Cs
ELIGIBILITY
- General Surgery Trainees
- Specialist International Medical Graduates
TRAINING REQUIREMENT
Completion of the full two day program of the Trainees’ Weekend for eligible General Surgery Trainees will count towards satisfactory completion of one (1) national educational activity as per the Regulations for the SET Program in General Surgery (Regulation 4.10 – National Educational Activities) and the Regulations for the GSET Program (Regulation 13.3 – National Training Activities).

- Full payment is required at the time of registration.
- All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX for online registration payments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation of any registered component of the Trainees’ Weekend, must be made in writing to the Conference Organiser via [email protected].
- Cancellations received on or before AEDT 17:00 on Friday 30 May will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received after AEDT 17:00 on Friday 30 May will incur a 100% cancellation fee
- Cancellations can take up to 10 working days to be processed.
- Any applicable monies to be returned to the registration payee will be via the original method of payment.
REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS
- Registration includes attendance on the nominated day/s including catered breaks.
- You are welcome to register for the complimentary Welcome Drinks, which will be held on the Saturday evening.
- If you register for the Welcome Drinks but you are not registered for the program, you are not eligible to attend and your ticket will be cancelled without notice.
OTHER
- Trainees’ Weekend registrations are individual and non-transferable.
- All unexpected costs incurred by GSA in the processing of registrations may be charged back to the delegate. Such costs include, but are not limited to, bounced cheques fees and related bank charges.
- The Conference Organiser may, in the event of any circumstances which render it necessary, vary the Trainees’ Weekend program and the registrant will accept such changes without any claim for reduction in charges or otherwise.
