Join us for The Art & Practice of Surgical Leadership, in Prato, Tuscany, Italy, 4–7 May 2027. Designed for surgeons and anaesthetists seeking to strengthen their leadership skills or prepare for leadership roles, this distinctive program brings together expertise from the Departments of Surgery from Alfred Health, Cabrini, Eastern Health and Monash Health; Professor Richard Hall from Monash Business School’s Corporate Education team and Monash University Museum of Art (MUMA).
Through interactive workshops, real-world cases and immersive art-led learning inspired by Prato and Tuscany, participants will explore practical approaches to the challenges of leading in complex clinical environments. The program will help you build positive workplace cultures, navigate conflict, strengthen trusted relationships and lead with greater clarity and confidence, while connecting with professional peers from Australia and beyond.
