Expressions of interest are now open to attend a Monash University Surgical Leadership Program in Prato, Italy, 3-5 June 2026.
Designed specifically to meet the requirements and particular challenges of Surgical Leaders, the course has been co-designed by the Monash University Departments of Surgery, Monash Business School and Monash University Museum of Art. Along with lectures and small group activities there will be an immersive art-led program that will include visits to local galleries and private collections. These sessions invite you to experience how art and creativity can broaden and strengthen your leadership style, revealing new ways to see, think, and respond.
