Surgical Education & Assessment Modules
The Surgical Education and Assessment Modules (SEAM) Program is an online e-learning program developed by the ABiGS, comprising the following eight (8) modules:
- Acute Abdomen
- Anatomy
- Haematology
- Nutrition
- Operating Theatre
- Perioperative Care
- Postoperative Care
- Trauma & Critical Care
SEAM Regulations
Trainees enrolled in both the SET and GSET programs are required to complete the eight (8) modules of the SEAM Program during their first two (2) clinical years of training.
Successful completion of each module is defined as achieving the minimum pass mark in the Summative Assessment for each module.
