The ABiGS has approved the following Evaluation Strategy in order to adequately assess the GSET Program in terms of:

1. Ability to assess Trainees against the Curriculum milestones.
2. Ability of assessments and milestones to guide feedback.
3. Ability to adequately progress Trainees.
4. Changes in behaviours based on clear competencies outlined in the Curriculum.
5. Increased learning and knowledge based on clearly outlined Curriculum competencies and milestones.

The results of the evaluation will be utilised towards ongoing improvements and evolution of the GSET program and Curriculum.
