about the survey

Dear Colleagues,

We invite you to participate in an important research project: as part of the Intraoperative Behaviors Research Group, led by Dr. Alexander Villafranca (Associate Professor, University of the Fraser Valley, Canada) and Dr. Rebecca Read (General Surgeon, North Canberra Hospital & Senior Lecturer, ANU School of Medicine and Psychology, Australia), we are aiming to better understand the dynamics of our workplace.

Disruptive behaviors in the operating room can create significant barriers to effective communication and teamwork. Our goal is to use your frontline insights to guide the creation of concrete strategies that improve collaboration and the safety climate for everyone in the OR.

The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
